Memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Federal Government of Nigeria represented by the National Authorising Officer of the European Development Fund (EDF) and the government of the six (6) focal states represented by the Executive Governors and the Honourable Ministers, Federal Ministry Of Water Resources of the six (6) focal states. The MoU aims at the implementation of the Support to Reforming Institutions Programme (SRIP) and Water Supply And Sanitation Sector Reform Programme (WSSSRP) in the six (6) European Union (EU) focal states of Anambra, Cross River, Jigawa, Kano, Osun and Yobe.
